The Golden Trees of 108th Street

embraceable hue website

108th Street in Forest Hills, Queens is a beautiful stretch that passes through historic war era apartment buildings, and ends up at busy Queens Boulevard.  Along the way are huge trees that turn yellow in the Fall.  When the sun reflects off those trees, or refracts through them, the leaves are a resplendent gold...thus the title.  Here is a sample of stills taken with my iPhone this November weekend on a beautiful, cool, sunny autumn day.  See the entire gallery here.
